PTTCRM is a marketing CRM operated with least-privilege access, encrypted transport (TLS 1.2+), and audit logging on demo and staff paths. Staff authentication uses the existing operations app — not embedded on this marketing site.
Data residency

Production CRM and portal data for PTTCRM customers is hosted in Singapore unless contractually agreed otherwise.
